The rice was perfectly cooked, infused with rich garlic butter, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was spot on. The ambiance is modern and vibrant, making it a great place to dine with friends or family. The waiter was really patient as the menu is massive! This is the 3rd Food Terminal location and everything has been consistent so far. Grandma's Pork bbq is the only item I get it and it's spot on every time. I always have a good experience here and service is attentive as always. Maybe one day I'll try other items , right now grandma's bbq takes the spotlight.

My cousin brought me to Food Terminal for dinner when I was there for a visit. Have to say, the menu was impressive. I loved that the menus were made to look like a high-fashion magazine. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely love to go back again. There are other things on the menu that I would love to try. Unfortunately, I'm not in Georgia that often, but this is definitely a spot I'd like to try again.

I've visited this location several times because I love their food! It's situated near North Point mall in Alpharetta. It recently got recommended in the Michelin Guide for 2023. I will say that their menu is very comprehensive, thus it can be overwhelming for somebody who hadn't visited before. Personally, my favorite dish is the Grandma's BBQ Pork tossed noodles. Our waiter was pretty attentive- a robot serves you the drinks and food on the trays but a waiter is still there to help you. I don't like too much sauce on most of my dishes so I ordered it on the side to add myself. The pork is always nice and crisp along with the wontons served. The egg on top adds a yummy, runny yolk to the dish as well. My only complaint is that the food can be on the salty side so beware if you are sensitive to salt. We also ordered the roti. It wasn't bad but I've definitely had better roti elsewhere. It didn't come with a dipping sauce so it kinda just tasted like naan. One note- I have heard that the Alpharetta location is more expensive than Chamblee.

You can find this location of Food Terminal at 6360 N point Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30022 - this is that winding mall road from Mansell. The restaurant is free-standing and directly across from Northpoint Mall, in front of Hobby Lobby and Marshalls. There's plenty of parking in the restaurant lot or you can park in any of the extended lot back towards the shopping center - it's all free with no time limits. I've eaten at the Food Terminal on Buford Hwy many times - for this occasion I was meeting a friend (Laura C.) for lunch and we decided to try this location. We were seated promptly and were brought drinks quickly. The interior has the same upscale industrial vibe as the original with a semi-open kitchen. There's a delivery robot if you're into that kind of thing - more a novelty than anything else, but the kids that were present (both children and adults) seemed to be enthralled by its appearance. For starters we had the Fried Calamari and the Fried Okra. Both were good with our preference on the Okra. For entries: * Lasi Lemak Curry Chicken - boneless chicken, coconut rice, roasted peanut, fried egg, cucumber and shrimp cracker - this is one of those yummy combo dishes where you mix and match various flavors and textures. The marinated onions were a bit kimchi-like - great balance of acids and fats with the creamy rice base. * Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup - Beef brisket, tomatoes, thin noodles, beef broth, Szechuan chili, pickled mustard green, cilantro. - this is one of my "go to" dishes, especially when there's a chill in the air. Very robust with big chunks of meat and enough chili oil to make things interesting. Service was good with frequent visits and water refills. The place was moderately busy with about 2/3rds of the tables full. The vibe was great - looking forward to eating at this location again.

I've been hearing the hype around Food Terminal for a long time and my husband and I would constantly pass by the original Buford Highway location, so we finally decided to make a stop in during a staycation in Alpharetta. In a word, it's fantastic. Since there was a bit of a wait before we were seated, we used it as an opportunity to pore over the picture-heavy, salivating menu where every page offered more tantalizing entrees than the last. My husband eventually landed on the nasi lamek curry chicken rice, a beautifully composed plate of tender curried chicken, sambal onion, fried peanuts, cucumber, and and a perfect soft fried egg that exposed a sexy dribble of yolk when it was forked open. Across the table, I spent most of my meal moaning into my bowl of tofu curry noodle soup. This was a deep, slow-burning soup with dots of chili oil spreading across the top. I'm not typically a fan of tofu in soups like these, since they're often little more than tasteless blocks. But here, they manage to get their tofu to soak up all that flavorful soup. At our server's advice, we also opened our meal with a fried calamari starter. The serving size was smaller than we would have liked, but that was because we enjoyed it so dang much. The batter was incredibly light and practically shattered under our teeth. We loved the accompanying spicy mango sauce, and as a bonus, there were a few pieces of fried okra that were also delicious. To top things off, one of the managers handed us a red envelope with a coupon for a free dessert item at a Sweet Hut location. It was the cherry for the top of a fantastic meal. It was fun to see the robot assistants shuttle entrees around the room, and service was spot on from start to finish. There was still a bit of a wait on an off-peak, mid-afternoon hour on Sunday, so I'd recommend using Yelp's waitlist to get your name down ahead of your arrival.
